Youth

The United Methodist Youth Fellowship at Jefferson Street has a mission:

"We seek through a relational ministry to challenge youth to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and reflect his life through love, commitment, and sharing. We strive to offer a balanced program to worship, study, fellowship, and service stregnthening spiritual relationships with God and with others."

Some of what UMYF offers for students, the church, and the community:

Weekly programming and fellowship with Bible studies and activities

Recreation nights

Missional opportunities & Service projects

Retreats and Conferences

Annual Dinner Theater

Fundraisers

As well as actively involved in the life and congregation at Jefferson Street through being Acolytes during worship services and leadership positions in differing committees
