PURPOSE OF THE UNITED METHODIST WOMEN:

 The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of missions through participation in the global ministries of the church.

 

Jefferson Street UMC hosts several "circles" of United Methodist Women:

RUTH CIRCLE meets every 2nd Monday at 6PM
CIRCLE 3 meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 10:00AM
MARGARET AMACKER CIRCLE meets every 2nd Wednesday at 11:30AM
JK-FAYE CIRCLE meets every 2nd Sunday at 5:00PM
 
 
The General Meeting is a quarterly luncheon at noon throughout the year.
 All circles are invited to gather!

The next General Meetings will be held May 3rd * September 13th * December 6th.

Join us for a fabulous meal prepared by our ladies, special speakers, and fellowship with one another!

 

Saturday, August 21st will be our annual UMW Mini-School of Missions!

     This year our Mini-School of Missions will be held at Washington United Methodist (on Highway 61 N)
